Hi!
My name is Tilda Kinnunen!
I am a Master of Arts student in University of Lapland. My main subjects are fashion and textile design. As my minors, I have been exploring subjects as circularity, creative technologies and administrative sciences.
In my studies I have found passion for sustainable and circular design and I have been supplementing these into my design projects.
My work background is wide and filled with experiences I wouldn't change. I have worked in the farms of Australia as well as in different types of hospitality work spaces here in Finland since 2015.
In spring 2025 I had the opportunity to join BRP Finland's human resources team as an intern. There I was able to advance projects and participate in meetings with partners. During my internship, I developed internal and external communications for the organization by creating guidelines and visual templates for communications. I was also responsible for maintaining and coordinating employee benefits.
Currently I am working on my master's thesis concerning the impacts of Waste Framework Directive in textile and fashion companies as well as on an art collection concerning climate change and it's impact on Finnish nature.
